I don’t just speak languages. I translate worlds.

I’m Justin Anderson. I speak fluent Memphis, a little Spanish, Japanese, and French. No lie, I could stand to get back on Duolingo to brush up, but my most profitable language is translating “Engineer” into “Human.”

I hold an M.S. in Information Systems and a B.A. in Communication. It means I can argue logic with the backend developers and then turn around and write the story that makes the user actually care.

Right now, I’m using that range to train AI. At Mercor, Handshake and Outlier, I grade multimodal outputs and fix the hallucinations, teaching the models to understand context so they don’t sound like calculators. Before that, I was at State Farm, taking dense regulatory requirements and turning them into clear, high-performing UX copy that bumped engagement by 7%.

I’ve run my own creative studios, edited videos for theGrio, written erotica, and managed communities across the digital spectrum.

I’m a madly multipassionate rebel sage. I don’t fit in a box, and I don’t stay in a lane. I go where the problem is, and I fix it in whatever language is required.
